Anyone know of any other federal agencies that have investigated so far?
I think the length of this investigation is probably an indication that this is all encompassing including many players and many types of malfeasance including but not limited to securities fraud, insiders selling shares knowing full well revenue numbers were absolutely unachievable and that the stock would collapse in August, employment law violations, things such as telling salespeople to "sell the spread", operating for many months without a chief compliance officer that employees could talk to about illegalities and so on.
