I'm kind of disappointed this this place even exists. ive been in the field for a couple of weeks and have had to answer numerous questions about the many threads posted here. THAT is my my job. Nor is it my job to have to constantly ask for help because the training I recieved covered very little information that pertains to my job. No training on protocols or procedures for anything.

I'm losing accounts from the posts here and the lack of training and supprt in the field. I don't sleep well, I'm exhausted. I spent 5 years as a surgical sales rep in the ER. I was on call all the time and in an extremely high stress environment. Not once did I feel the pressure that I do here. Why? Because the compensation, training and structre of the company was proven and tangible. I came here in hopes to see my family more and be a part f something special. A complete load of crap that was.

Surgical reps don't work in the ER troll . They work in the OR. Don't work for this company just had to correct this pathetic post .

Please forgive me for the one letter typo. I have no reason to worry about you confirming my job with the company. Anyone else in the sales force can attest to what I've addressed.

You are probably someone in corporate trying to make us feel bad about our posts. There is no way you accidentally put ER instead of OR. You just have no clue about the industry, that is embarrassing! Get off this board, it is for reps only!

Every sales rep with Castle feels your pain............This lab is a JOKE....
I hope these post will help anyone looking for a job here.....I will not put Castle on my
resume because of the bad reputation in the industry....I'm losing accounts on the amount
they are charging for self pay patients.....lab reports..low cut-off levels for spit....lack of support....moroon DVP...the list goes on...........Everyone here should be double dipping
when they land another job....collect a check for 90 days if you can take it here that long..
