Sanofi can't launch. Their R&D record over last 20 years is pathetic. 2007 was the turning point when Accomplia didn't get approved after ramping up with additional 5000 reps. Sanodi had 14k reps going into 2007. It's been a bloodbath ever since and no plan for all the patent cliffs that came when Plavix,Lovenox, Ambien and Lantus hit. Incompetent management was able to stay in place because of record sales during those years. Once the patent cliff hit it was race to see who would jump into the lifeboat first. It's been Hunger Games ever since.
