FDE Training

Does anybody know if they will bring all new FDE hires into training at the same time? Can they accomodate all of them at one time?

From what I understand, they will all be trained at the same time. I don't know how they will accommodate

It will depend upon which management level you are being groomed for.

Does anyone know how long training is? Do we have roommates?

I've been told two different dates for training. One, march 8. The other march 22. I don't know if anyone really knows. Is there anyone that went to the interviews that received that info? And, just from experience, I am 99.9% sure you will have roomates.

2-3 week home study. 2-2 1/2 week indy

well I was told home study march 8 for 2 weeks then to training for 2 -3. Seems like everyone hearing something diferent

I was told March 28th was the start of home study. Most likely, there will be groups. Probably why there are so many dates from different people.

I was also told this bs about 2-21/2 weeks when I hired on. Was a full 3 in Indy, and s**ked darn near every minute of it. LOTS of wasted and unnecessary time in the mix. You will have roommates at a "nearby" apartment complex.
