Sorry to hear this. But you did yourself a huge disservice by taking a temp-job in the first place. Everything about an FDE position is sub standard. Leave as quickly as you can.

Next time do two great service to yourself by doing following two things. Then you can drink a bottle of wine for me.
(1) Lookup Glassdoor (needs registration but free).
(2) Buy a $14.95 Salary report from Salary.com. For a price of three packs of cigarettes, you could be earning 68K v 85K. You decide which one is better. Oh, one more thing, for a $14.95 price tag you can one year worth salary update (monthly). The source of their report is highly credible HR hiring managers.

Now, if you think you got short changed by 20%, that is a mistake on your part. If not, you got a job that others would not do for the salary. Why people don't take such job? Simple, CEO salary is growing at 13% per year by taking company down to chopping block.
Congratulation for getting job in tough economy. You are the bread-winner for your family.
 
























Looking for help please. Am currently with Ortho and want out, have a chance to jump over, can someone please give me real answer for bonus target, what car allowance is and if there is any benefit package to FDE positions. Thank you!

Benefits, 401k, car, vacation, etc... all the same as FTEs. Car is provided at $150 per month out of pocket, or buy your own from their list and get a partial reimbursement (FAVR Program).
