Representing a drug with a box label is challenging..however this has not caused death...extremely rare....reversable and very effective.

That’s a great selling point. It’s a Black Box doctor but it doesn’t kill you.
A black box for an expensive drug that isn't a cure for cancer, Parkinsons, MS, or other life-limiting condition is a kiss of death in the marketplace, deservedly so.
