FakeNews? The FDA letter literally details the mishandling and blatant disregard for patient safety. Call it fake all you like, but I bet your customers will see right through the spin zone come Monday morning.
 












The FDA won't do a gat damn thing about this. Abbott has deep pockets and FDA knows who butters thier bread. You SJM chumps and Fired Abbott trolls are clueless. We saved over $700M and acquisition is DONE DEAL. Duncan and Karl in ADC will whip your ass into shape and lower ranked non performing drones will be gone in 6months.
 






The fix is in place, this should be an internal matter. The new/old batteries perform at nearly the same level, all the companies have battery recalls (MDT probably the worst). Just keep the right message.


This could slow down product development (can it get any slower) and cause some re-org. And Greatbatch looks pretty bad as the named supplier.
