A doctor who had a handheld like an IPAC, 2 weeks ago or so, wrote notes as I spoke and detailed her on all our products. I got nervous because as I spoke about each product she was checking stuff off on that handheld computer. She kept pushing me about Zuplenz and tapping the screen. I did what the company said and directed her off-label questions to med-com. My concern is she also asked me about Megase-ES and SPECIFIC questions about Zuplenz after she said she had never been detailed about it. Her questions were can it be used for nausea and vomiting...yes, how long -I didnt know. I said how ever long you want to. She knew alot about it. This company better not be setting us up for the FALL. She picked up a sheet of paper out of a folder and began asking questions about Zuplenz. I could tell she was setting me up. I FREAKED! I told her I had to take a DUMP and left. Before I did the doctor asked me to sign her IPAC hand held computer. What the f went on. I live in the south and have never had a doctor ask me to sign for them!!! Has anyone else had this happen? My father is an attorney in the NE and he thinks there is a case being built against a company. HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE? I DID sign the IPAC because I was SCARED. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THAT WAS ABOUT???????????? I have sold drugs for (1-2) years- but have never heard of a doctor asking for me to sign for HER! Should I call LEGAL/COMPLIANCE- I dont know because we all saw what they did with our speakers and the questionaires!!!! Should I QUIT? Can I get in trouble for doing and saying what the company tells me to say. I was speaking to a FP/GP and we are not indicated for them only specialists. I have never posted anything on this site and am new to the business but have that GUT feeling this isnt right. Is anyone else having to sign for doctors? Can I get in trouble for selling Zuplenz EXACTLY like we were so poorly trained to do? IS anyone else having the same sinking feeling as me?

You should quit now. You sound like the dumbest f-n person in the world. Indications are based on disease states not physician specialty. Are you kidding me or are you really that stupid?

You are a freaking idiot. I am not sure how someone who was born from the DNA of an attorney can be so dull. That doctor was tapping on her iPac or whatever other smart-interface device she might have because she is getting paid to do so by a research company. While Strativa might be individually following what you are doing, they are more than likely following the overall use of their sales aids. This has been common in pharma for years upon years. People like you who have no idea of even the basics of business like this are why this industry has become viewed as being full of sample-dropping.

See if your father can find someone to sue over not educating you properly...

Uhhhhhhh, this was painful to read. So you're 23-24 years old? This makes me sad for the future of this country, the next generation is a bunch of morons and babied like they're still in kindergarten. Maybe your daddy can join you on sales calls to make you feel more secure.
