A doctor who had a handheld like an IPAC, 2 weeks ago or so, wrote notes as I spoke and detailed her on all our products. I got nervous because as I spoke about each product she was checking stuff off on that handheld computer. She kept pushing me about Zuplenz and tapping the screen. I did what the company said and directed her off-label questions to med-com. My concern is she also asked me about Megase-ES and SPECIFIC questions about Zuplenz after she said she had never been detailed about it. Her questions were can it be used for nausea and vomiting...yes, how long -I didnt know. I said how ever long you want to. She knew alot about it. This company better not be setting us up for the FALL. She picked up a sheet of paper out of a folder and began asking questions about Zuplenz. I could tell she was setting me up. I FREAKED! I told her I had to take a DUMP and left. Before I did the doctor asked me to sign her IPAC hand held computer. What the f went on. I live in the south and have never had a doctor ask me to sign for them!!! Has anyone else had this happen? My father is an attorney in the NE and he thinks there is a case being built against a company. HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE? I DID sign the IPAC because I was SCARED. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THAT WAS ABOUT???????????? I have sold drugs for (1-2) years- but have never heard of a doctor asking for me to sign for HER! Should I call LEGAL/COMPLIANCE- I dont know because we all saw what they did with our speakers and the questionaires!!!! Should I QUIT? Can I get in trouble for doing and saying what the company tells me to say. I was speaking to a FP/GP and we are not indicated for them only specialists. I have never posted anything on this site and am new to the business but have that GUT feeling this isnt right. Is anyone else having to sign for doctors? Can I get in trouble for selling Zuplenz EXACTLY like we were so poorly trained to do? IS anyone else having the same sinking feeling as me?
