I’m sure they were all given generous severance packages and landed on their feet somewhere else (maybe with the exception of the dude who landed in prison, wth) and merger was over 4 years ago now, old news

Regardless of where they now are or if they were fired/nudged/cut the point is that we lost everyone associated with the culture that grew this placebo to $2billion in 36 months. All gone.

Is it any wonder that we have been flat since Amgen bought us? Thank God for price increases.

You see, this product needs hustle and the Amgen model of mediocrity and complacency doesn't do well with products that need to be sold.

I am not one of the Botanix crowd, nor am I one of the UCB crowd. Not even a Galderma one. I am staying. But let's be honest, this place is 180 degrees different than before. My DM doesn't care one bit about my sales and has never, not once since October 2023 even mentioned my sales. She does hound the district about the execution report and she demands we write our own coaching guides as a "developmental" opportunity. She is passionate about calibration. But we all know the only people getting promotions or developmental opportunities are NUBU. I don't really care anymore. I am just going to do my thing a few more years and then leave on my own. I really have gotten used to this model of image first, activity second and well I don't even know what's third.

some of this information is incorrect. Nadler in Buffalo was hand picked to stay on board with Amgen and left after a few months for a promotion with another company.

DM to DM is not a promotion. You can call yourself a Regional Director, and Sr. Director, a Platinum Director, whatever you wish but you still have reps as direction reports. NOT a promotion.
