OK so can we have an open conversation on the absurdity of RiH trying to get PCP’s to write Fasenra?
Launching Breztri, trying to keep Symbicort moving and spending way too much time and energy trying to convince a PCP to go thru a process they either don’t want to do or don’t know how to do.
You have the BIO reps making crazy $ with one drug. Let them manage the top opportunity PCP’s. Why the hell cant they?

I think they want to torture us till some of us leave..oh, add in a pa endemic and little access to top it off! We are seemingly getting more pressure than any other division. Some oncology reps are still at home

Maybe they were being nice and trying to get us some biologics experience so they can hire more than a few of us for the huge upcoming biologics expansion instead of having to hire the vast, vast majority from outside again. Maybe we should take advantage of this opportunity instead of bitching and moaning about it. I think it will be very clear to the hiring biologics managers which of us have what it takes and which of us do not.

LOL are you serious?? This company very rarely promotes from within. Yes some people have been promoted to Oncology but the vast majority of qualified people have not been allowed to post for specialty positions. This is the AZ way. Unfortunately you would have to leave AZ get experience elsewhere and come back to a specialty position This has happened many times in the past.
