FAS vs. MS position

I will do my due diligence in reviewing the previous posts but, in the meantime would someone kindly describe the differences between the FAS and MS position. I am interested in the comps/reporting structure, alignment/expectations/geography. The FAS role seems like a junior marketing role tasked with "creating" appointments, interactions and other market development activities. The MS role seems to be more of a specialty role (more clinical sales/light MSL) with a larger geo than a TM. It doesn't seem like they are creating enthusiasm. Thank you for your clarity.

FAS Position: Less base, less bonus, less stock options, you need more?

how about the BS Quotient? (mindless reporting vs. actionable drafts, reporting management style etc.). All of healthcare is a s***show right now. No company is worth the skin off your back in hopes of retiring. The best you can do is sock away what and when you can until its something of your own. No one retires as a salesman (honest that is).
