Does anyone know the difference in pay from the Hospital sales? Also what gives with the recruiter slotting you in whatever they need? There is always an agenda?
Just had a friend decide to opt out because of all the BS.

I interviewed last week and have already made up my mind that this is not for me, too much BS. If the interview is BS then you know the job will be twice as much bs, and then throw in Sanofi, hell no.
 






























Rumor has it they will go above $140K salary. Stock options. Not sure on bonus.

I heard 125 max, they will not attract anyone for that amount and bonus is only 25k. You mean I will be responsiblena larger territory, making sure that the product goes commercial and you will not award me with the same bonus as the rep? They will find out quick what kind of resentment that will cause between the FAS and rep. My prediciton is an extreme back log of drug because the FAS is pissed about being the red headed step child.

In most companies the Field Reimbursement role is a promotion. Here you are expected to be knowledgeable about the clinical message as well as reimbursement information. You will work harder as a servant to the sales team and get paid less money while the sales people will make significant bonus. This place just doesn't get it.
 






This company doesn't get it, I go to Dallas and do everything needed to get the job.
Then what do they do but low ball me. The FAS job should pay better than a Rep. Anywhere else in biotech or pharma it always does but not here. This company needs to get a clue !!

This company is a fU@%&ng joke! Same thing jumped through every hoop and got a shit offer for a different territory .....WTF!!!!! I'm not that desperate.
 












You don't want to work there. The new ntl director will LoJack your iPads and metric you on everything up to and including taking a dump. he is a real piece of work. He also has a reputation for taking bonus money for any little thing.
 






McTool will indeed make your life miserable and micromanage the hell out of you. It won't take him long to force his managers to do the same DM and TC will be forced to change to his ways as he will control his entire leadership team and force them to do as they are told. He will not let them communicate with one and other nor will he include in his strategy plans ( what little he has) so he keeps them off balance. Your work life will be horrible under McTool and he is very good at hiding... will take them quite some time to figure him out. He does in fact take raises away without notice and for his own form of punishment. Get out when you can and fast!
