FAS PAY IS A JOKE

How many will be withdrawing their name from the list or not accepting offers due the low balling that this company seems to be doing? They will learn quick that those wilingl to do this job for less than a rep will be horrible because they have no clue what they are doing. If they had a clue, they would know that the amount of skill needed to do this job correctly is worth a lot more than they are offering. What ashame, that being cheap and not getting good talent at the FAS position is what will ultimately do them in.

They are doing the same thing in reimbursement. But take a look at who the ntl director is. a big pharma retread who has a history of screwing people out of their money.

The CEO views sales people as overpaid order takers. No surprise that he devalues reimbursement. The VP of Sales has no clue about field reimbursement and views field reimbursement as a junior crew for his sales people. They require specialty sales experience and want to pay them low. You will get what you pay for people.

The recruiter told me up to 145 base and bonus mid 30s at plan.

Bonus target is a little light but salary seems to be in line.

They will quote a maximum of $125K, but they will pay more for the right person. They are already finding out that will be necessary, as many original lowball offers were rejected.

Heard they're jerking people around with territories as well. Making them interview for one then offering a job with another, forcing them to drive an hour or two out of there way because they don't have candidates in other territories. What a Busch-league move that is.

Wow, thats telling. Considering most reimbursement people were PROMOTED from sales most of the make more and are more experienced and harder workers. So you think they're going to take LESS??? Who thought this was the way to go???
