I have an awesome idea, I’m thinking I may need to be a consultant. How about the diabetes reps promote diabetes products and the respiratory reps promote respiratory products. I know this is a radical idea but it might just work.
 




The fact managers are having meetings followed by reps in your district is irrelevant.
If ALL the managers went to a national meeting, then came back and we had district meetings, I wouldn't to overly excited about it.
We all know too well that since we've "returned to growth", no layoffs in the distant future.
It just will not happen. The only way you can get fired is consistently poor performance, for like 3 years.

Latest cost cutting measure is lower than average raises for the sales force. CBD’s and up are evaluated differently and they are getting very nice raises. Thanks Rudd.

The reason you’re not getting a raise is you can’t even spell Ruud correctly, the guy who signs your paycheck. People are so paranoid every time the managers are called to a meeting. You deserve what you believe they’re planning on, i.e., to fire your stinky ass.
 




I call BS on that. No one knows what raises are looking like, esp managers. Give it a few more days. However, if you got a 3 rating and a 2% raise, a 4 rating with 3% raise, that's something to be truly concerned about, and AZ should be ashamed if thats the case. Thats not a raise! Any raise up to the rate of inflation (2018: 2.4%) is merely a cost of living increase. And by all means, question it. Especially with all the dog and pony show, hoopla about how AZ is doing financially. And not to me to on the stock price. Moral of the story, if your raise isn't above 2.4% inflation, you DID NOT get a raise!!!!! You are losing money!!!!!

Correct. Those are the raises 2.5-3% for pss’s. As far as meetings and teleconferences go, they have too many every year to read anything to it. And yes dumbass CBD’s and above have their increased tied to stock price.
