What is the latest you are hearing? Primary care is doomed. CV won’t have anything in the pipeline until 2025 at least. Renal also is screwed. AZ is not the place to be.

This is yet another no planned changes email that disrupts the field. It’s leaderships idea of transparency. Please just make a plan and let the sales teams execute it. We got this! SMH

Well, now we know why the split the PCX team up last year to go into effect 1/1. Question is, how long we got? I'm not waiting around. Spent the morning polishing up the old resume and called some recruiters. Sure, I'm not alone.

AZ just hired and trained a couple hundred contract reps too...why would they bother???

Try using some critical thinking here....
Step 1) Hire a bunch of hired guns not tied to AZ (mercenaries for lack of a better term). Train them.
Step 2) Introduce an authorized generic for Farxiga
Step 3) Give it some time to build relationships based on what the AZ folks have done.
Step 4) Lay off AZ folks reducing AZ costs (think total benefits)

You will be working with and developing your own replacements. Right of the GSK playbook.

Great job by AZ leadership to create chaos with a portly thought out strategy. Creating a Farxiga AG does nothing to help net profitability for branded Farxiga. Only throws disruption into the category and field teams.

what was leadership thinking?

They were thinking that we can’t beat Jardiance with our field team execution. So let’s bottom out the market and hopefully force doctors to switch patients.

not sure if it will work when you look at the proposed pricing. It’s a discount but not steep enough to get a PBM to act against Jardiance.

Farxiga and Jardiance are finished once pharmacies know about this.. I've never seen so many idiots at corporate that think the pharmacies will RX the medicine that cost the lowest. Pharmacies RX generics every chance they get regardless of cost. Perfect example, I take crestor, which is free. But they still want to RX Rosuvistatin .. I'm tell them Brand Only EVERYTIME.. If they cared about cost they would see Crestor is free and the generic will cost me $5... THEY DON'T CARE!!

pharmacy techs could give 2 shits about the cheapest drug. They get paid to dispense and NOT mingle with the patients. Besides, this AG won’t get any coverage due to the financial complexities. No coverage equals no scripts. Unless it’s gonna be sold to Mark Cuban or GoodRx for the uninsured.

Do you really think those "idiots" give two shits about whether you have a job? They would carve up their mothers like a Thanksgiving turkey if it meant more bonus and/or stock.

Lol not at all... But I would think all of you idiots would give two shits. AZ just put and expiration date on 3 sales forces and y'all too stupid to realize.
