Summary: in less than 12 months we have lost the US President, the Head of International, the Head of EMEAC, the CHRO and many Senior HR Heads, Global BU Heads, most General Managers, almost the entire headquarters Corp. Comms, legal, compliance, IT teams... and this multiple times.

I know it's Cafepharma and people gripe here but you will see some real consistencies on what is happening at Galderma. Start looking now if you have not. It's been a good company but it wasn't going to last forever under PE ownership.

Open your eyes.....tons of talent has left. There are a lot of people that leave and are not even talked about. Word is we just lost AH (our lead medical) and not a word about it. Most marketing leads have left as well. The culture and people are evolving quickly. It might not be a bad thing but culture and people are important and the jury is out to what Galderma will look like after everyone leaves and gets replaced. Again it could be a good thing as time will tell but you can’t pretend there isn’t a changing of the guard.

Galderma is a global company with most of the workforce ex-US. Take your blinkers off and face reality.
 




It’s does not matter who stays or goes it’s about we the sales force. The best reps are working at a 50% capacity and the others much lower.
Galderma has lost our motivation, enthusiasm, and overall respect and it will be very very hard to get that back from us.

You communicate after the fact. You think dropping a quota is an answer rather than a solution. No real answers on NEMO. You knew Soolantra was going away in Q4 and lawsuit was adjudicated then and did not share that .

We have no skin in the game anymore and are waiting to be hired by Dermavant in 6 months.
