Fantastic Managers

In over 10 year, I have had 4 managers and they were all great.... No problems. Now comes the chorus of bitchers and whiners and the accusastions of working for a secret firm that monitors this site and posts false statements. You people are a JOKE. Nothing more than a bunch of malcontents.

Agreed..... similar experience.

Count your blessings! Twenty plus years in pharma, from Ciba-Geigy through Novartis and when you get a good one, (manager) count your blessings! I also had some good managers and mentors. However, many others were in it to climb the ladder and play the game! Dog eat dog! Stay around long enough and you will have your share of jerks too, or you might identify enough with them that you will become one! Mirror, mirror on the wall!

How about one of you corp shill drones actually post a name if you had any manager remotely good (& Ethical)

Initials? really? I have had 4 managers here- 2 ok (NOT great by any means just tolerable)- one that was here for a month so can't say anything in all fairness- and the one now will throw you under a bus so fast you won't know what hit you. I know some people who have had good managers but as the times have changed so have these individuals. Many of these good ones have left too... too bad

Yes, initials. Anything more breaks board posting rules and can getthe thread pulled. Not by corporate shills or anyone with novartis but cafepharma moderators. There are bad reps and good ones, bad managers and good ones. No matter what group or team, there are good and bad. About 20% really great or really bad. It is juvenile to act like all managers are bad. Frankly, if I had to deal with the petty, entitled, immature sales reps out there, I would find it hard to be a good manager. Can you imagine working with rreps who somehow think that a 6 figure job shouldn't* gasp* ask them to work a weekend or evening, how dare they ask you to do some paperwork after hours. The quality and professionalism of reps is at an all time low. I hope we see huge layoffs and then can try to rebuild a team of professionals who understand what it means to have a salaried job, and then maybe managers can focus on being leaders instead of babysitting and covering their backs. It is you who has created this environment.

In neuroscience almost 9 yrs, relieved of duties during last reorg. Had 4 ASMs- all top notch- three no longer with NVS. Glad wasn't retained as my luck with great bosses would have ended.

This total stroke-off can't stand to hear positive things about Novartis.... it ain't all bad you loser.

You know things are truly horrific when Novartis has to employ this paid corporate shill cumbucket in a half witted feeble attempt to anonymously prop up this sinking titanic as
the executives are strategically DUMPING the stock !!!
