Honest question. Has anyone here been asked to go back and put in ”more” calls in order to look good for the customer? Like after your month ended and before they gave the data to the customer?

I’d like to keep my job, thank you very much. I just wanted to know if this is normal. Where I came from this wasn’t normal. I’m having a hard time with this and just wanted to get insight from others. Thank you for your replies.I think you can report this to the FDA
This is NOT normal and if this is true, it can ruin the reputation of the entire company. If true, that manager needs to be fired. Report this to HR and they will investigate. Managers are consistently asking us to do "Drive By" calls, fake surveys, make 12 calls a day to cover your PTO. This is the most corrupt, toxic company I've worked for!!
100%. They lie to the clients all the time. I have no idea why any of them want to do business here. Just direct hire already. How do I know? Just had a team member leave over this exact issue. I took note and am interviewing as fast as I can.

Insubordination for something that is illegal and can get you black listed in the industry??? Your logic is ridiculously unsound.
