Faking calls for manager

Honest question. Has anyone here been asked to go back and put in ”more” calls in order to look good for the customer? Like after your month ended and before they gave the data to the customer?

I’d like to keep my job, thank you very much. I just wanted to know if this is normal. Where I came from this wasn’t normal. I’m having a hard time with this and just wanted to get insight from others. Thank you for your replies.
This is NOT normal and if this is true, it can ruin the reputation of the entire company. If true, that manager needs to be fired. Report this to HR and they will investigate. One rogue manager does not get to speak for the entire organization. You can report anonymously and without retaliation.

Managers are consistently asking us to do "Drive By" calls, fake surveys, make 12 calls a day to cover your PTO. This is the most corrupt, toxic company I've worked for!!

100%. They lie to the clients all the time. I have no idea why any of them want to do business here. Just direct hire already. This place is just stealing g your money and lying about output

Found the HR person who likely isn’t going to do anything about it, even if you do report it. You’ll get fired and it will be swept under the rug.

How do I know? Just had a team member leave over this exact issue. I took note and am interviewing as fast as I can.

Team member left on their own or got fired?

I don’t understand why they would keep and protect a manager like that? Or are they still investigating?

I can tell you my team is legit. I’ve never been asked to fake calls for the client. Why would they even risk that? Has to be a new manager.

That’s right. If you don’t do it, that would be insubordination.
Insubordination for something that is illegal and can get you black listed in the industry??? Your logic is ridiculously unsound. I hope the guy that got fired for refusing to lie, for what was probably a below average pay job, burns this place to the ground
