I compared my Livalo numbers to my Lilly partners and was shocked at the differences for each physician. One physician had a 35 more prescriptions on Lilly's report than mine. There was numerous physicians with 3-5 script differences. I now understand why they make us sign the IC payout forms. All lawsuits must be filed in Alabama and will be settled through arbitration. They must have paid off some retired judge just in case someone digs a little deeper.
