Fake Job Ads

Is it me or does it seem like the IQVIA job ads are fake? Like they're collecting resumes to hit some sort of CV quota.

Has anyone actually gotten an interview since March?
 












I've been wondering the same thing. I am a past 4 time President Club winner and have applied for 3 jobs with IQVIA since March and I have literally heard nothing. I'm not saying should automatically get an interview but I am starting to wonder about some of these job postings myself and whether they are actual jobs.

Yep.

Recruiters have to show some #'s to keep their jobs.

Sad. How this number thing goes.

Management thinks it is brilliant. They then have the data.

On the backs of the real workers.

Just have to keep throwing things out their to see if you get a bite.

Sad but it is the way things are.
 






The jobs Posts aren’t fake. Applying directly on the company website is pointless. Basically your only shot is to have the recruiter contact you from LI Or you find out who the recruiter is for That position and have a conversation. Otherwise you’re wasting your time. And yes they are real I’ve had 6 plus interviews so far.
