Getting the orders to hit quota is not the issue nor has it ever been . The issues are not having inventory to fill orders, being at the mercy of administrative people who do nothing but delay, deny, and annoy TMs, patients, and physicians. When you pay me on MO count, not the ones that you decide to fit, then you can tell me to go get them, until then JW, ML, HB, and all the other JOs in management, go slap a vest on yourself and juice it up to 300 joules so you can experience an inappropriate shock . You know , like many of your patients have experienced, and then you bill them for the pleasure of juicing them.

Well my quota went up on the average of about 22% from my q1 quota.
My q4 quota is an insane number. I have no idea where they got that number from. Were we not supposed to be the average of the last six months. My quota for q4 or whatever they are calling it now in $150000 higher than q2 quota

Seems like the zoll way is in full display. Don't come here if the recruiter is telling u it has changed.

Most people I know are waiting till the new year to leave, they know they can't achieve goal anymore.
 












Nope, we'll stay and get paid to do nothing and double dip on the side. Man I hope this place lays me off. I've had it ! Selling pain cream as a side gig while on Zolls time and dime. Pulling in $6K month and growing.

What kind of company fleet vehicles does Zoll offer? Base pay? Plan bonus? I'm thinking of jumping onboard and become a Zolldier. Thanks in advance.

That's not right. The average of those six months PLUS growth expectations was what we were told. Q4 quota should be higher than Q2 because of seasonality, but I can't say by how much.
 






I waited until the "new year" for the last 2 years. I believed they were trying to do the right thing. I no longer believe that. These quotas are ridiculous. I will not wait for the new year anymore. I can take my hard working self somewhere else where maybe I can gain some belief in the leadership team. This place is terrible.
