That's not right. The average of those six months PLUS growth expectations was what we were told. Q4 quota should be higher than Q2 because of seasonality, but I can't say by how much.Well my quota went up on the average of about 22% from my q1 quota.
My q4 quota is an insane number. I have no idea where they got that number from. Were we not supposed to be the average of the last six months. My quota for q4 or whatever they are calling it now in $150000 higher than q2 quota

Most people I know are waiting till the new year to leave, they know they can't achieve goal anymore.
I waited until the "new year" for the last 2 years. I believed they were trying to do the right thing. I no longer believe that. These quotas are ridiculous. I will not wait for the new year anymore. I can take my hard working self somewhere else where maybe I can gain some belief in the leadership team. This place is terrible.
