Face to Face Calls Only

Remember when they made us complete a LOS module on National Standards?Well here we go! Reps are now being pushed out for entering calls that don’t meet the “face to face” definition. If you don’t believe me, ask around.

oh I believe you. This means that 100% of us are now eligible to be let go at any minute cause most calls are sketchy at best due to access going down to record lows. Gotta hope your in the click to keep them at bey...good luck!

Lol you must be new to this industry!!! Basically, they know if anyone is averaging 8-10 calls per day (every day) that they are not legit. Most managers know who the no see docs are already and the real access in your territory.
Well the managers need to keep their jobs too, so everyone plays the same game.

Well lately they’ve decided to selectively throw some people under the bus. It’s no coincidence that we had to read and acknowledge the definition of a call. Wake up people, they are thinning the herd.
I didn't have to read and acknowledge anything? What part of the nation are you in? Sound like a local problem.

You sound like Daniel Carver. Wake up white people.

Nothing is ‘selectively’ done at BI. The number of business rules in place are crazy. It is very difficult to get fired here. Unless you are caught stealing or falsifying records/calls.

You seem surprised? Better yet is the face call with sample which is defined as your face watching the MA walking your iPad back to be signed while you crop dust the waiting room.

All of these are reasons for termination, especially the crop dusting.

People have to acknowledge what the company considers a face to face call. Signatures must be witnessed. Those are the rules. At times, an outside company is hired to spot-check face to face calls in order to see; 1) if the rep was there, 2) what products were detailed and 3) if the hcp recalled the message. A red flag goes up if too many negative responses are generated. Lastly, offices receive messages all the time asking to verify a signature. This "random signatue audit" is usually done by pulling all the interactions with samples on a given day. If any come back negative, then a case if opened.

People dont really put in ghost calls do they? I mean it is so easy to make 9 legitimate calls a day and see our top priority MDs 6 x per month. Why would anybody feel the need to fib?

Need to fib? Because we have done a piss poor job of hiring and developing good talent that actually give a shit. (Piss and shit in the same sentence....awesome.)

Too many reps (and higher) that are here to just cash a paycheck and spend time at gym, salon or shopping. The accountability is horrible. (AAI baby.).

Company is also so heavily metric based, it’s hard to escape the need to track and monitor calls. Difficult to manage performance without some sort of metric attached as a standard.
