I could write a book on what a disaster this Ilumya launch has been from day one. I’m not one to drink company kool-aid. It’s a sh*t show. Sun as a whole has taken a big hit with AG still here as well as my credibility when I am face to face with my HCPs trying to explain why everything I’ve been “trained” to tell them doesn’t happen in acquiring drug. And what company sees sample numbers outnumbering units “sold” and does nothing until financial hit has happened?? We gave away more samples and EAP (free) drug than “sold.” Wtf!!! I blame idiot TMs who ran just getting signatures now seeing those samples THROWN AWAY because expired drug! Where is their accountability in this?? Why wasn’t anyone saying STOP five months ago?? We all see the reports and see who is sampling!
Tired of the TMs who aren’t part of the former NSDs “chosen ones” getting raked through the coals being blamed for shit they have no control over.
MSLs, FRMs, and HUB, where would I even start to explain that mess.
Oh and our professional relations guy or whatever his title is that only wants to go to top accounts, looks like he is on a three day drunk half the time, is not the best representation of any company and is a bit handsy. Nice choice again Sun.
Resignations keep coming and no effort to keep good committed loyal people and new applicants getting offered more money??? WTF!
