Anyone have any thoughts on this company and its product Zerviate. Any idea on salary, targeted payout or benefits?

This will be a rinkie dink operation and the pay will be horrible. All you have to do is look at the background of the Regionals they have hired. It is embarrassing people are given job titles like that with absolutely no real experience or real success. Their job experience (with very tiny companies and many contract companies) or lack thereof, says it all. When they hire someone as a Regional and you look at their track record where their jobs include Quintiles and each stint is only 1 year or so........run like hell. They will be intimidated by your track record. Many startups fail because they simply don't want to pay the money necessary to get top salespeople that get the job done.

So so green. the veterans have less than a year experience and novice managers. but what do you expect when your selling another artificial tear, another allergy drop, and another steroid. no experienced ophthalmology person would go there.

This company, the products and the people are kicking ass and taking names! Sorry you didn't get on the gravy train, eh?
