Eye popping valuation

It is clear. 8 billion max. Anything above will lead to layoffs at B+L as the business would not be able to sustain a labor force above current levels at this valuation. B+L employees are hoping for an IPO that is about 6 to 7 billion. This will keep expectations low and allow everyone to keep their jobs. Also, if the IPO pays off the debt things will get better as well.

The lawsuits that are still pending are of concern. Why after so many years are their still lawsuits against this company. What is the liability?

When is the IPO?

Lawsuits keep happening because of the same management that came from Novartis-read the papers on that lawsuit; same shit different day; wrongful terminations, cronyism, undeserved promotions and trip winners-what a joke!

Don't forget the off label law suit. Reps that were fired blew the whistle. Never heard anything in the news, either it was settled privately with fda or B&L is still going to get hit with penalties. It was a solid case. Half a billion if FDA wins. that would kill an IPO. can you imagine they get ready to ipo and FDA slaps them with papers. That would be awesome.

I read some where recently that the earnings were 300 billion but were really 700 billion not counting 1 time expenses. I remember thinking that 400 Billion could have been the off label settlement. Anyone hear of any of your old colleagues driving a Ferrari or living in mansions?

No but I know one that doesn't speak to anyone-has to be something to that

All is quiet at B+L. It is a eery quiet as the IPO is coming soon. We can only hope the IPO brings management that will work to prevent layoffs and give us big raises and stock options.

Are you kidding me, either way the reps are toast. They are hoping that a global pharma company comes along and makes a bid on the whole thing. This way there never is an IPO and the guys up top don't have to share the wealth.

What, do you guys think you are some sort of asset? LOL, that's funny.......
