So what’s up with this eye care additional bonus incentive or retention bonus or whatever they’re calling it? Is it meant to be achievable enough that we all stay on for B&L or is it like the top 5% will actually get paid decent money. On the call with our R&D she said it’s going to be huge money like shockingly huge but then in the same breath said that someone who is at 120% to goal could make an additional $60k on top of the their regular IC payout. That’s great except how many people will hit 120% with August numbers??
