Wow!  Isn't that the truth!


The title of this thread jumped out at me...as I was amazed with a recent interview I had with Cook.


I thought possibly Cook would be a fit for me.  I gagged when the recruiter stated the starting salary.  I went on the interview anyway...just to check it out.


I truly had more education and experience than the two (2) "managers" that interviewed me.  I felt the interview went well...yet, to be honest, really didn't think I'd ever accept an offer.


I HONESTLY was pleased that I was not called back. 


I HONESTLY just accepted an offer for $30,000 MORE a year in BASE salary. 


WHO does Cook ever think they are going to attract?  I assume younger, new grads willing to run around.  Those new-hires get their experience, and move on.  Then the cycle starts again.  Think about the turnover!  Oh my...


With gratitude...I am not that type...and whew...glad to move on!
