Has anyone ever received a returned phone call from our wonderful expense report non-paying dept? These guys can get away with murder and never get canned. Imagine what would happen if we didn't answer our phones or return calls from our customers.

I've worked for top med device companies and never seen such a horrible expense payment process. 5 levels of approval and many different obstacles to trip you up. Meanwhile, we are financing Zoll's business while paying the interest for them. Mickey mouse organization that doesn't have a clue.

Worst expense report process in the industry. They seriously need to hire folks that have worked at "A" rated med device companies instead of Kmart. These people hate the field and enjoy not paying our expenses reports.

I agree, A rated like all of these Enterprise and Hertz people they are bringing in.
