Expense Reports not getting paid

Anybody else experiencing this? We used to get paid with a week or two. Now my expense reports are taking month to get approved or denied? WTF?

If this is happening across the board or with greater frequency but with say only 30-60% of sales force, then it is a sign of the dreaded cash crunch!

You need to ask how much cash is on hand and how much does the company burn every month. Factor in growth trends then do the math. If you can't get a straight answer, then it is time to head for higher ground.

My DM said they're scrutinizing every report because one of the DM's was buying personal stuff and expensing it. I told my DM that if I don't get paid on time I'm canceling all my appointments.

i make sure to fake as much as i expense to cover my losses\
