What's the deal with all the new expense reporting training and/ or calls? They are on again,off again, cancelled now...are we expecting something big to go down? What's up? Why the mass cancellations all of a sudden...

In re our "time is up", I hope not! I figured up what my hourly pay is (based on a 3 hour work day), and I make more per hour than any of the dumb ass primary care MDs I call on!!! I sure as hell hope we all stay for many years to come to drain this bitch as much as we can!

They filled one in my district a few months ago. If we were going to have layoffs, they would have already happened. Crestor is gone in May, and they would have geared up for that. Now, when generic Adair finally hits the U.S. market, I would definitely not want to be selling Symbicort. Maybe we will have a reorg at some point this year, but it won't be significant like every other pharma company has done since our last layoff. You better damn well hope that they don't realize they could get rid of 75% of us, bring in a few more Publicis reps, and be fine!
You think so ? I don't , I've been hired by major pharma company in past and had major layoffs after hitting the field and was told by management that literally right hand doesn't always tell left !
At the rate we are going for the new expense training any VISA charges that we had will be late, which means we will be charged interest. Is AZ going to pay our late payment fees? Can't wait to see.......

Ditto, what is even more funny is they are launching it to over 2000 people at the same time. What a cluster! I am sure everyone is going to try to do a report at the same time. So stupid I would say 50% of us will have late fees.

Exactly. Whenever they ramp up policy training, you can count on a ramp up of terminations within a few months. They show that you were certified so you knew and understood the policies that led to your demise.
