Expense Reimbursement

Is it common at Zoll to have them not approve and reimburse your expenses for weeks after they are submitted. I have noticed since I started here that the will send my expenses back to me for mistakes they have made. My manager wants me to do lunches and dinners and this company owes me thousands of dollars. Is anyone else seeing these issues with their expenses? Also trying to speak to someone live in that department is impossible. I am starting to think they don’t want to reimburse me. Any suggestions for help here would be appreciated.

Report them to the government. They are actively affecting the sunshine act whether on purpose or not
 



From reading several posts it appears that there are issues getting paid for your expenses.That is a little scary.

1. Do you use own credit card for expenses. or company card?
2. Is there a car allowance and gas card if you do use own? Amount?? OR, Is it a company car?

Sounds like there are other problems with the company but I am getting ready to interview and at least wanted so if I could get answers to above. Thanks so much.
 



We get a car allowance. You use your own credit card for all expenses. The kicker is that you are “encouraged” to do lunches and dinner constantly. When you submit an expense report they people that review them deny about 50 percent of them. You can never talk to someone on the phone and when you email them they send you an automated email. This is a huge problem with the company. We have had so many good people leave I would not accept the job unless it’s a last option, Leadership here is a joke. Morale is very bad.
 



Great questions and I hope that my answers are somewhat accurate. Zoll is a very generous company and they pay and reimburse well. You would be lucky to work there!!

Bottom line - if you cant get your expense reports approved, you my friend are a moron. Been here 8 years, never once had an issue getting reimbursed, submit on sunday, funds come back then next Thursday. Just beacuse you cant sell anything, dont come on here and say its because of zoll reimbursement! Youre just a loser that doesnt understand how to expense your crap.
