I did receive my check about a week or so ago. I was pretty quick to get my expense report into them as soon as I got back from Dallas. I got the same email listed above once I sent it in and then got a check a few weeks later. Hope that helps. I know it is a pain to not hear back, but your check should be on the way. If you have any issues, I would just email them back and make sure they have everything they need.

I was denied reimbursement and called HR.I had over $250 in travel and hotel, food, gas, parking expenses. The HR manager told me that if you did poorly in the interviews you should not expect ANY reimbursement of ANY amount. She also told me that I could never again interview for an InVentiv position since my name was now on a list with HR and the managers (DMs).

if that is true then you can resolve the issue easily in small claims court. all the emails we were sent will provide whatever you need to make your case. include the filing costs as part of your claim. it will be uncontested and you will win a judgement... unless you are full of s#it, which you are.

No filing a winning a lawsuit against Ventiv is not easy so quit lying to people. I left Ventiv in 2009 after the contract ended. Ventiv owed me $2300 final pay. They never paid me and my former DM and HR would just hang up on me when I called. I had to file a lawsuit and hire an attorney. The attorney cost me $4500 and the lawsuit drug on for 2 1/2 years. Ventiv finally agreed to pay me $350 and I had to accept since I was now broke and living with my sister. So it took me 3 1/2 ears to get $350 and I put out $4500 for the attorney so I lost $4150! When I applied for another job with Ventiv they said I was now on a "Do Bot Rehire " list and could never work there again!

So quit lying and misleading people. It will ruin their lives like it did mine.

I was told yesterday by my former ERM that Ventiv may even start charging candidates $200 to interview so that they come better prepared and do not waist the managers time. How can this be legal?
 






This is funny. Thank you for the entertainment. The biggest flaw with your story is the hotel and flight costs. These were both covered by the corporate account and you never had to give your personal credit card for either. Keep posting though and making me laugh. Thanks.
