Since they are cutting back expenses, why not get rid of the Reps Work voicemail systems and company phones? No one uses the Birch work voicemail (piece of crap system). Give the reps $150.00 per month to cover their phones. The reps are happy with only having 1 phone and having their company calls covered. It saves the company money by getting rid of the work phones.
 












At least, the company is saving money by only having the RSS do an expense report once a month. At $12.00 per expense report, Concur was raking in the money.

The company is also saving money by not backing filling the 5 MSL and the MSL Director positions.

The company has cut-out samples so they are saving money there. Opko Connect will have some lay offs because less SRFs will be submitted due to the lack of prescription attempts.

The company has capped the bonus plan so there are some cost savings.

In 2018, they are only going to pay on new prescriptions so more money will be saved.

Speaker programs are non-existent so lots of money saved there.

The company now has a "spousal surcharge" that does directly to Opko Health so the company is MAKING money off of its employees.

The company is "consolidating" Bio-reference labs and having layoffs so that will save Opko Health some money plus they aren't paying severance (just 2 weeks).

I wonder where else Dr. Frost could save money?

Why doesn't Frost realize that SAMPLES are for patients to try the drug and see if there are any side effects. NOT TO GENERATE PRESCRIPTIONS. The samples are for patient to take WHILE AWAITING THE APPROVAL OF THE PRESCRIPTION. What fucking dumbasses!!!
