Expected base salary for blue/white position

First of all...I am not a troll. I'm legitimately working for another large pharmaceutical company. 15 plus years experience....
Interested in applying for either a blue or white? position, whatever that means? Primary care?
Question, given that this is not specialty/oncology, is there a salary range that someone is willing to share that would be reasonably expected?
My base now is around 103k. Thanks

Even though it is a specialty position biotech, it will be Entry level pay. 65k plus 25 commission.

Clearly you don’t work at Amgen.

If your base is 105 you might not get the bump you are thinking. You will get two shut down weeks in addition to your vacation time. 10 % match in your 401k

I wouldn't go that far to call them an asshole. More threads= more responses. It is somewhat annoying,though. You'd probably do the same thing if you were stupid enough to want to leave Amgen for some other big pharma company.
