What are the 1st year expectations? What is the average rep making at Atherotech?

Buyout anytime soon or IPO happening?

do not think the comp plan is real
all management just looking for a payday - churn n burn
avg length of emp less than 2 years all rep's last 3 years

What's the lower end comp plan and highest? Does it depend on territory? What about support role positions?

Atherotech is 10 years away from an IPO if they last that long - management is a mess and comp plan is ridiculous - no one lasts longer than a couple of years. Good Luck.
