The reality is it will now be a specialty job. The current person is not tasked with the same challenges that this position once was. Any rep off the street can do it.

Been contacted by a recruiter for a BAE TTR position for Amvuttra - all I have been told is the job is to primarily support Amvutra for CM - is this true? Will the role have to sell in the PN indication as well? What about Onpattro? Any ideas on splits would be welcome... also how negotiable is he $145K?

This is the absolute worst out there—toxic culture. It used to be great, but anyone worth anything left long ago. Newbies won't get the benefit of the stock bump as it won't go much higher. Yvonne and everyone only cares about $.

Expanding some all teams while scaling down one. Did anyone else notice at the last town hall VS in jeans and a little too happy after they announced team after team expanding and hers laying people off. Or what did she say refocusing.

Can anyone comment on bonus criteria? Is it only start forms? Also the non compete- it’s just for a direct competitor in the same territory? If we left and switched territories or disease states we would be ok, correct? I didn’t think non competes were even legal anymore.

OF COURSE those in Cambridge only care about the money. This is how the industry works, my friend. We are all just easily replaced cogs in the money making machine. And when I say "money", I dont mean the salary a top BAE makes after a great year. I'm sorry (but surprised) that you just realized this.
