Honestly it’s pretty good compared to “Big Pharma”. Personally I think the addiction side is better but the culture and company are good. The culture has shifted a bit more towards “Big Pharma” over the last couple years but over all it’s still better than most companies in my opinion. The stock is getting crushed and there is always pressure to hit your numbers but that’s just how this gig goes.

Culture sucks. Big Pharma cast offs at top. Me too products on Psych side. It's a job but not much more than that.
