I too am curious about the expansion. I understand compensation and benefits are similar to others. However, been at my position a long time and hate to give up my PTO. It may sound trivial but time with my family is uttermost important to me and going back to just 15 days is a no go. Interviewed with 1 company and 15 days PTO includes sick days...Anyone know the ability to negotiate PTO, the holiday /sick time days or if the holiday week at Xmas is a company shut down time? Been super fortunate in staying at present job for a while - but generic intrusion is not long off, and I believe my position may be on the line too.
