Those of us who just mustered out received an exit survey to fill out if we wanted. I specifically wrote about the total joke TSi is. I said that 90% of my TSi calls were clicked in my car before or after the real calls. And I would bet all of them are like that. I probably only used TSi for 5% or maybe 10% of real calls. My "compliance was around 80% though. Ha Ha.

You did nothing to help yourself, except maybe for venting.

And you did no favor to those of us remaining. Your comments are not going to get AZ to give up on TSI. You will just be written off as a bad apple and good riddance. Meanwhile you cast suspicion over the rest of us. Don't be surprised if higher surveillance of when TSI entries are made comes about.

It's a total waste of time filling out ANY AZ survey. What are you going to say? That we are micromanaged to death? That we still use an antiquated "DM/RSD based" management model? That TSi has been a monumental failure? That we constantly waste millions on on programs with little to no results, and meetings that have no real benefit?

What's the point? You are gone and others will follow later this year. Don't waste any effort filling out a survey. Put your efforts into finding a new career.

If you filled it out entirely, then they would know exactly who you are. How long have you been with the company, are you male or female, what is your age, what sales team do your belong to, are you in management position, what Area Center do you belong to? Why would they need to know all of that if all they wanted was some honest feedback? Fuck em, I sent mine back blank.

Who gives a shit? You don't work there anymore. Sign the thing and put a return address sticker on it for all it matters.

I did. I am trying to help all of you still stuck with this nightmare. TSi is the biggest joke to ever come along and i was giving honest feedback. Who knows, maybe someone will actually read it. They can't all be brain dead, can they?

Thanks for trying but unfortunately TSI was TZ's baby and it won't go away while he's around.
 








I did not have the courage to fill out exit survey because until I get my check I will not feel I am done with this company. And I rarely post on this or read. But need to get this off my chest. Self identified because I was sick of the lies. TSI was all fake. What kind of an idiot with good relationships shows a doctor the computer. I had great discussion at most 4 times a week. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS LIES AND THATS WHY I COULD NOT TAKE IT ANY MORE. signed great rep, great reputation...who shocked everyone with my self identify. P.S. every manager knows this is true it is the great cover up.
 




Talking about references. Az is so bad that my manager had to give me his reference on a paper without any AZ logo. It is ridiculous that a company that lays you off cannot even give a formal reference.
