Who has received the exit interview questionnaire on the 5 ethics and compliance questions? I was totally surprised, not what I was expecting what an exit interview was all about! I thought they’d ask about my experience here, what they could do better, how would you describe the culture here, did you feel support from management, tell me about your working relationship with your manager, what You liked about Novo during your decades of working here. If you want to “rat” someone out or report something illegal or non compliant, now is your chance if you’ve been laid off. Just not what i was expecting!
