For the record, the Pa managers facing the axe are NOT lcm's. I'm golden. They "know" better than to even try it!!

As an lcm with a sub par location being also in Pa., allow me to cast a vote for the above- Ditto. More attention focused somewhere else equals less scrutiny available to level onto myself.

Can someone tell me what's so awful about Renee? She has been my RM for almost 8 years. She's fairly direct and a little abrupt but I have never had a real issue with her. I know other locations who also have no difficulty with her. What's with the slander?

You are being kind about being abrupt. She lacks sensiitivity in her approach to what really matters. I have to give her credit that she gets the job down thru imitation and has the tact of a longshoreman.

I'm sure Renee probably wonders to herself ........How on earth did I wind up on the island of misfit toys......as she walks into some of the locations.

She seems to run her area as if it's HER store....that is the way it should be. Maybe some need to look inwards and step up a little bit more and approach their stores in the same manner.
