Maybe they'll not be the first to go, because we need to keep up the appearance of not targeting the elderly and their huge salary and benefit packages. Nonetheless, that grey-hair herd will definitely be thinned. We'll probably just do it over a matter of several months.

If you're a senior level rep or AE, expect some of the following: PIPs, frequent field rides, someone "finding" out that you're lying on call activity or finding something "fishy" on your expense accounts. These are all tools long used in this industry to cut out those at the higher end of the pay scale.

DEs get over yourselves. Do you not realize it is not necessary to have a science degree to do pharma sales? Really, it is not rocket science. We have been doing sales with and/or without science degrees. What is needed is the aptitude to sell and some people skills so STFU!

Yes there are way too many so called executive DCS that literally just collect a paycheck! These crooks have been living high in the hog and are the first to complain. "Oh my car option changed, oh I have to make calls after 2pm and go to work before 10 am"! The best part is when they are in the field they cheat the system better than anyone!
