Best advice to you would be to get out now!! But you can't, BC you have no experience - they have you right where they want you. So my advice is to keep your head down and be as positive as you can over the next 2-3 years of your life. Then get out, FAST - unless layoffs happen.
Take pleasure in everything outside of work, that is, outside of 10-2. Otherwise, you will refer to these years as the lost years of your life. Good luck with the baseline and quota lottery!!! And I hope you aren't located in Southern California. Worst managers in the industry here.
