These are great promotion opportunities. RFT and DBM's will have a rare opportunity to further their careers. Find the right RBD and take care of him, he will in return take care of your career. Reps not need apply, you are simply fresh meat for the DBM's and they will not take your career seriously after you take care of their needs.

Yes, these week long POAs are necessary. You reps are like robots to us, it takes about a week of POA meetings to program you for the next quarter. Enjoy your all expense paid trip to Europe.

I will be the one laughing when I'm still employed in a couple of months. Novo has WAY too many reps and everyone knows it. It's too bad the company didn't give you guys the chance to toss the trip in order to save jobs. Then again, that bold move might have hurt the NNI facade that management has tried so hard to build. Have fun on your company trip! (I would rather enjoy my vacay away from work)
