Astellas and the word "excellence"should never be used together unless it's a punch line for a bad joke. This company is a mess thanks to our old boy's club culture and an HR department that supports discrimination. It's amazing this place hasn't been seriously fined or slapped with a CIA yet. Everyone settles their issue separately and Astellas will then pay. This pattern in pervasive throughout the company.

If you feel any heat on you, hire a lawyer right away to help you know what to do and start the process of looking for a new job. The worst thing you can do is be in denial about it. If you are in Northbrook, people use the same few lawyers. Just ask someone who has "left" recently for a recommendation of which lawyer they used.
