Ex-Takeda reps acting foolishly

This is how your Takeda people act on the Takeda board. Be proud Novo.

You TAPpers and Takeda legacy people still employed at TPUSA should be embarrassed. I'm laughing my ass off watching you guys brag about 1 year of single digit growth. TAPpers can't find a new job because all they know how to do is sell a PPI and the Takeda legacy leftover are worst of the worst in diabetes.
Not a bad week at Novo for me. Got a nice message from our VP, we just hit our 44th consecutive quarter of double digit growth. We're having our national sales meeting in Denmark this summer. I got an Apple TV, Itunes gift card and Tiffany Wine Glasses as my xmas present from papa Novo. What did Takeda give you guys? The opportunity to sell the 8th ARB? Bahawawaha! Did I mention I'm making approximately 25% more in total comp, have a sweet choice of fleet vehicles...I'm driving the fully loaded Ford Explorer. I love coming back onto this site and reading how things are "damn" good at Takeda or the "blunting" talk of your new constipation competitor. Speaking of competitors, I've been talking to my docs. NONE OF THEM plan on writing your DPP4 with Actos. They are laughing that you guys are seriously going to bring that crap to market. I'll be laughing all the way to the bank with my Victoza business, you'll be lucky to get .05% of my business. We'll have weight loss indication before Contrave even hits the market, I'll kick your ass in that arena too.

I'll be thinking of you all when I'm in Denmark this summer. I got the job at Novo, I'm sorry your still at Takeda!

You might be right until your goals get jacking up every Poa 1a, 2a, 1b, 2b, and so on. When you don't hit your goal your manager will fire you and hire someone be knows who's been laid off or more likely a hot blond with a nice rack. Then where will you be. Think I'm kidding just wait and see. Worked for novo for almost a decade with multiple COE wins and the very first bad quarter I had after a insurer dropped novolog and added step edit for victoza the shit hit the fan all of which was out of my control. Enjoy it while you can but I'm glad I dont work for novo anymore. My company doesn't have double digit growth but I don't work in a pod, I get to sell in the or, and make 50k more a year than I did as a dcs at novo.

Cheers.

Ugh, the OR....you like taking call at all hours of the day and weekends/holidays? We have several people from Medtronic and Stryker here at Novo and they hated device.

Selling those types of devices is real sales, nothing to do with detailing. Doubtful that many pharma reps could handle the hours and the pressure.

Actually there are a lot of previous pharma reps that have transitioned into device. It is a real sales job, but you have to work for the right company.

Bashing all the crap I learned in pharma is the reson I got a real sales job in the OR. All that feature benefit close or novo's patient centric version ... Same crap. Working in the or is great I feel like I'm a member of their surgical team and doctors call me for help.. Totally different than pharma. Making more money, working 6-3 everyday with no weekends or on call, not having manager ride alongs, plus more money. Put that in your tiffany novo pipe and smoke it.

I'd believe you if you weren't posting on OUR board about it.

Many people do read YOUR board that did work for Novo back in the day. We just enjoy watching all the inbitching. One day maybe very soon YOU will know what I am talking about until then I will keep watching and laughing. Oh I did post so believe me or not I was around when Frank Jacobs ruled if you do know who he is go find out.
