Not sure I understand your post. The point being that ex-CEO possibly already knows he might be banned from working for a public company and is choosing private companies.

Ex-CEO is slimy garbage. IMO all the atrocities he committed are finally going to come back to him by year end. Joining a PRIVATE company IMO already means he knows his fate. He is an embarrassment to his family and the lies he told about being in this for altruistic reasons. IMO he will be banished from working for a public company and all the public disgrace that goes along with it. Very telling.......
