It is not just managers, product director and etc. Don't be fooled, it is sales reps too. Did you hear the speakers or what the reps were saying to each other in private? That is why so many good reps have left. Be smart, look for a new job now.
 






Dont be fooled this was a great meeting and my team was pumped to sell more Interceed. Great comp plan, pipe line, and management team in place. What a great kick off for 2012. Our jobs are very safe, I would never leave J&J, not even explore other opportunities.

Agree with the positive posts. Lost my virginity at the NTM and am so proud of it. Never say no to propositions hotties as long as you put out your job is safe, sorry correction I mean your blew job, damn it thats what someone gave me at NTM. I mean blow job. Whewwww
 






Should a company like EWHU really have a NTM or spend money on anything other than salaries at this point? This division is the next Advanced Wound Care division. At any moment it will be dumped off. There is no reason to waste all that money on travel and all the horseshit rah rah at these meetings.
 






Yep, I agree. Our days are numbered. No new innovation = no job. Thermachoice is 15 years old, Interceed is 22 years old....need I say more? Oh, and let's not forget that TVT Abbrevo is $1395 and Monarc is $800. Now, that my friend is called G-R-E-E-D. Credo just went right out the window.
