They let Butch off the hook with her non managerial skills. She was evil and showed nothing but favoritism. She destroyed the lab and killed all moral. She made them work every Saturday not because it was necessary but because she could. Dumb ass management let her get away with all of that evilness.

Didn't know her that well, but if clients were sending tests overnight on Friday, how exactly were they supposed to be received and processed if the lab was closed on Saturdays?? Pretty sure that decision was above Butch...
