The culture at Esperion is toxic. Avoid this place like the plague. The management team are absolutely the worst the industry has. All have been failures in anything they touched.
 






Analytics department is terrible.
Almost June and haven’t seen a national ranking yet.
Multiple errors or delays with no communication.
Maybe you shouldn’t have cut the guy who knew what he was doing and kept the guy who parked your cars.
 












Somewhat surprised by the negative comments, I’ve been here for quite some time and it’s not bad. Sure there’s some pressure, but that’s true with any launch. Overall the company is supportive and fosters an environment that is results focused, which is just fine by me.
